What happens when the trial ends?
After 3 days, new clients and draft generation are paused until you choose a plan. Your existing data is always safe and accessible.
Is pricing per user or per organization?
Pricing is per organization (your CA firm), with user seats included in each plan. Essential includes 2 seats, Growth includes 5, Professional includes 15.
Does pricing include AI draft generation?
Yes — AI-assisted draft generation is included in all plans within the monthly draft quota. No separate API charges are passed to your firm.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Settings → Billing tab. Upgrades take effect immediately.
